Hull structure

Material selection: aluminum alloy Yoolwin marine use marine grade 5083 by CCS, much lighter and has good electrical and thermal conductivity; 

engineering plastics are low-cost, easy to process, and also have certain strength and corrosion resistance.

Hull shape: 

Most of Yoolwin Marine Aluminum RIB boat designed with Deep V Aluminum Hull. 

Deep V hulls can provide better stability and wind and wave resistance, 

reduce the turbulence of the hull when driving at high speed, and improve the comfort of sailing, 

but the resistance is relatively large.

Inflation system

Tube material: generally use PVC, polyurethane (Polyurethane), neoprene (Neoprene) or Hypalon (Hypalon) and other materials. 

PVC material is relatively cheap and suitable for small RIB boats for leisure and entertainment purposes; 

polyurethane material has good wear resistance and weather resistance; 

neoprene and Hypalon materials are more durable and have strong anti-aging performance, and are often used in professional-level RIB boats.

Air chamber design: 

In order to improve safety and reliability, RIB Boat tube are usually divided into multiple independent air chambers. 

In this way, even if one air chamber is damaged, the other air chambers can still remain inflated, 

allowing the boat to continue to float on the water, providing personnel with sufficient rescue and evacuation time.

Deck and structure:

Deck design: 

The deck is an important part of the RIB boat, used to carry personnel, equipment and cargo. 

It is usually made of anti-slip materials, such as EVA floor or real teak wood floor to prevent people from slipping when walking on the boat. 

Various fixing devices, such as mooring piles, cleats, etc., are also set on the deck for mooring ships and fixing cargo.

Structure: 

including fender cleant or seats, storage rooms, etc. 

The cockpit is equipped with various instruments and control systems, such as steering wheel, accelerator pedal, instrument panel, navigation equipment, etc., 

to facilitate the driver to operate the boat. 

The design of the seat should conform to the principles of ergonomics and provide a comfortable riding experience.

Propulsion system:

Outboard engine: 

It is one of the common propulsion methods of RIB boats, with the advantages of easy installation, simple maintenance, and strong power. 

Outboard engines are usually installed at the stern, and engines of different power can be selected as needed to meet the speed and load requirements of the boat.

Normally equip with Yamaha outboard engine or Suzuki outboard engine. 

For special market, like USA, we also recommend equip with electric outboard motors. 

Suitable to meet the USA EPA document demand. 

Safety system

Life-saving equipment: 

Equipped with life-saving equipment such as life jackets, life buoys, and first aid kits to ensure the safety of people's lives in emergency situations. 

The number of life jackets and life buoys should be determined according to the passenger capacity of the boat and should be placed in an easily accessible position.

Navigation and communication equipment: 

To ensure safe navigation, RIB vessels are usually equipped with navigation and communication equipment such as GPS navigators, radars, and walkie-talkies. 

These devices can help the driver determine the vessel's location, route, and surrounding environment, and contact other vessels or rescue agencies on shore in a timely manner.
