Here are some key factors when choosing the suitable center console for aluminum rib boat:

(1). Purpose of usage

• Instruction and controls: 

  Center console should be designed in a way to install necessary instructions and controls. Includes steering control system with wheel, control buttons, engine throttle controls, gauges (such as speed gauge, fuel gauge, temperature gauges etc.), switches (for electric windless, navigation lights, electric bilge pump etc.)

• Electronics and navigations

  Center console should consider the space for installing addtional electronics. Such as fishing finder, VHF, marine stereo, Radar etc. But these electronics normally installed on aluminum rib boat size above 4.8m. Then luxury center console can reserve enough space for these. 

• Storage and shelving

  Each boat should equip with life vest, repair kit, foot pump etc. So enough storage room is important for the boat. Front cabin normally with storage room, also driver seat inside has some.
