Yoolwin 1050 aluminum orca hypalon rigid hull inflatable rib boat

Yoolwin Marine 35ft aluminum orca hypalon rib boat has a more complete structure than smaller size of aluminum rib boat. 

(1). Hull

1050 aluminum commercial rib boat hull is typically made from high-grade aluminum 5083 by CCS. 

Hull cut from precision machinery and welded together with more than 10 years experienced worker. 

Advanced welding process used to ensure the strong and heavy storm in the deep sea. 

35ft high performace aluminum alloy rib boat with deep V hull. Deadrise angle 21 degree. 

Also use the advance stepped hull process, whole boat speed performace is much faster than China market model. With 2 units 450HP engine, speed can reach 76 knots. 

Whole aluminum hull with strength keel, can add the boat stability and drectional control. 

Stringers (length - wise structural members) and transverse frames (cross - members) are installed inside the hull, can confirm boat whole strength and performance. 

(2). Equipment 

Boat can modify the center console/ driver seat/ front cabin/  back cabin design.  

We cooperate with Italian most popular boat designer. So even change the boat structure, can also confirm  the boat keep with higher performance. 

* Center console

Model can choose with inside cabin bed or not. 

If with inside cabin bed, inside room is luxury, equip with hand washing, electric toilet, air conditor etc. 

If simple center console, front open door also have enough space for eletric toilet. 

* Driver seat 

Normally we recommend equip with shock absortion driver seat. Can reduce the impact of tough seas and providing a more comfortable ride. 

* Front and stern cabin 

Some customer prefer with larger sun bathing bed. 

But some others prefer with U shape cabin to install one adjustable table. 

All can make design as customer demand. 

(3). Inflatable tube (ribs)

For larger size of boat, such as boat length above 28ft we recommend equip with Orca hypalon tube. These larger size of patrol aluminum rib boat speed is very fast, can above 50 knots, even 70 knots, so the waves or water impact is very strong. Orca hypalon at present as rigid inflatable boat tube most reliable material. Can confirm boat tube longer lifetime.

Customized design tube color or decoration more welcomed. 

Orca hypalon regular color: white/ black/ military gray 

Also can do customized cushions color/ hull color. 

Then you can get your whole customized boat. 

(4). Aluminum rigid inflatable boat transom 

35ft aluminum larger rib boat as twin engine inflatable boat. 

Boat stern transom is larger size and wide enough for twin engines. 

Normally recommend equip with power 2 * 250HP.  

But if prefer with exciting and challenging speed, can equip with max 2 * 450HP engine. 

Also with diving platform with insert diving ladder, when would like to do water skiing or go into the water, it is useful accessories.
